Who is responsible

IHS Audit is a brand of Mission Manpower Support BV. Mission Manpower Support BV is the controller under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can reach us at info@ihs-audit.nl.

What we process

Through the applicability-check form:

• the name of your organisation;
• your sector;
• the number of employees (a range, not an exact figure);
• your email address;
• which frameworks you think apply (optional);
• any additional information you enter yourself (optional).

We do not ask for your name or phone number. If you enter personal data in the free-text field yourself, we process it in the same way. If you email us directly, we process your email address, your name if the email contains it, and the content of your message. On every visit, the hosting environment processes technical data such as your IP address, briefly and only for the security and operation of the site.

Why, and on what legal basis

• To carry out the check and send you the analysis. You request the check yourself; the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
• To contact you about your question, only if you ask us to. Same legal basis.
• To keep the website secure and working. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure site (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not use your data for newsletters or marketing, and we do not sell it. There is no automated decision-making and no profiling.

Who we share data with

Form data is delivered to info@ihs-audit.nl through an email delivery service. That service and the website's hosting provider process data only on our instructions. We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires us to.

How long we keep data

• Requests that do not lead to an engagement: 12 months after the last contact, then deleted.
• If you become a client, we keep the data for the duration of the engagement and afterwards as long as the law requires, for example the seven-year tax retention period for records.
• Technical visit data: no longer than needed for security.

Cookies and statistics

This website sets no cookies that require consent. We use cookie-free statistics that count visits without cookies and without identifying you. Your choice of language and light or dark theme is stored only in your own browser and is not sent to us.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (https) only. Form data is sent to us encrypted and is accessible only to the staff who handle your check.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to data portability. Send your request to info@ihs-audit.nl. We reply within one month.

If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl). We would like to hear from you first.

Changes

We update this statement when our processing changes. The date at the top shows when that last happened.
